We should all get it and team up. Is that possible or is it a Loner type game where you're by yourself?

I wish World of warcraft had this sorta graphics. Ive always preferd the look of Guild Wars but WoW does look pretty sometimes, it all depends on how it plays... because im use to Wow.
world of warcrft is abit lame but i actaully know my way around that game after a year of playing, i could be a elf an run to the human starting area, all that kinda stuff I know how to do lol.
how much is this game?.. I would not mind having a online gang of warriors with you lot lol if its free online play then thats cool. are you on it often?

I'm on everyday It's free online play and the Game is called GUILD wars so of course it's a team based game. I've been playing for almost a year now. The funnest online game I've ever played. It's about 20 bucks for Proph. Here is a fun video...I know the guy who makes these videos and know most of the people in it.

Guild Wars VS World of Warcraft....the debate over the game have been going on for years.
Here are my scores.
Graphics: Guild Wars has way better graphics then WOW by a long shot! No discussion there. GW takes on a more real life feel to it's graphics as for WOW takes on cartoon like graphics.
Gameplay: In Guild Wars the player is meant to play along side team members. You can see other people in towns and outpost but the world outside of those places is made for you. You can get a party full of players and roam the lands.
World of Warcraft is an open world game where ou can meet anybody anywhere (don't let this concept trick you)
As for Gameplay I think they are about the same.
GW Professions VS WOW Races: Guild Wars may have only humans but it hold a number of different professions. Warrior, Monk, Ranger, Elementalist, Necromancer, Mesmer, Assassin, Ritualist, Dervish, and Paragons.
I think you know the professions of WOW.
Personally I like the character creation and builds of GW over Wow.
Level cap: Guild Wars level cap is only 20 and this has been talked crap about by many people who have never played GW.
A level 20 character in GW is just as strong as a level 80 in WOW. It's just faster to get to.
Landscape: I have never seen all of the world of warcraft but I have seen quite a bit. Guild Wars consists of 4 expansions so in turn it has 3 large continants Tyria, Cantha, and Lionna. Each with very well detailed and individual landscapes and enemies.
PVP player vs player: PVP in Guild Wars is held in an arena and cannot be done anywhere at anytime. As for World of Warcraft you can do it anywhere.
Guild Wars is more of a team of people fighting off the monsters of the game.
I played World of Warcraft before I ever played GW and I had to pick GW.
I felt more of a connection with everybody that I met and I'd never get bored...there is always something to do whether it be trying to beat a mission, leveling up, farming, quests, ranks, pvp, messing around and my all time favorite!
partying!
I like GW better in my opinion...You'd really have to find out for yourself.
(tip) Prophecies (1st game) is kind of boring in the beginning. I recomment buying both prophecies and Factions so that way you can start your character in Cantha.
Cantha is my favorite place and it's faster to level.

Wow thanks dude, I like the fact in Wow you can meet anyone anywhere but you have to pay monthly an thats gay haha, cant you meet people anywhere in GW then? ;[
It sounds like a good game, and I think the hole level thing in Wow is so full of shit.. Takes so f-ing long it is bullshit rly.
Assassin sounds cool. I might try an get some money so Ive got it on my laptop because Ive never got anything to do nowdays, my dads got all the wow games but he is not a member anymore, he says its boring now.
once your level 20 in GW can you keep getting stronger? do you find better items an such? or does it just stop at level 20 an thats it..
I wonna play it an find out how good it is, because Wow just bores me man, I like it an all but its just.. I dunno.. takes up so much time an it dont really feel rewarding yano? haha

I dunno.. takes up so much time an it dont really feel rewarding yano? haha Something I forgot to mention was that you can have up to 2 different professions (for example my Ranger is a Ranger/Monk and Pablo's Ranger is a Ranger/Assassin) - You can meet people in towns and outpost. You basically get a party of your friends together and go questing in a group. - If you buy the 2nd expansion (Factions) it is really fast to level up and Factiosn would be better to start off from. - Assassin is a fantastic profession. It's basically focused on Chin linking attacks together and giving the enemy baraly any time to attack back. You can also teleport with a skill by the name of Death Charge. - Once you hit lvl 20 you can go for 2 quests that give you extra attribute points. Weapons are classified in three categories White - normal weapons with no extra effects Green - Boss weapons that can't be modified bi runes or inscriptions but will always be maxed out. Gold - Highly modified weapons that pwns all The armor for each profession is freaking sweet! Trader types Merchants - buy and sell common items Collectors - trade items Rune Trader - Buy runes and such for armor and weapons. Dye Trader - Buy different colors for your armor Skill Trainer - learn skills from these guys Weapon smith - weapons (it's better to find weapons during battle or get one from a boss) Armorer - buy armors Weapons work in all different ways. My bows consist of My Golden Recurve Bow of Fortitude Green Rotwing Flat Bow (Got this from beating the dreaded Rotscale that cheesy bastard lol) Green Bansheh's Longbow (Got this from my guild leader) When I say colors I don't mean that's the actual color of the weapon just the class of it. All weapons have different damage and such. It's good to have a whole bunch equiped for certain situations. I carry my Gold Recurve as my primary weapon (Fast shooting and good for interrupts) and then keep my Green Longbow for pulling enemies toward me) I hope this helps! anymore questions
